- When he talks about summer plans, does he name dates and make bookings, or does the future remain a pleasant idea? That difference could help the poster separate real plans from reassuring conversation.

- The wedding invitation seems to be where everyday closeness met the future you did not want. Did you already know you would not attend as his partner when you initially said yes?

- i have to ask, does she ever invite you out to see her mates or are you strictly a sofa secret? that seems like a massive red flag to me.
