- I find the work boundary difficult too because seeing somebody in person can undo the neat rules made at home. Keeping the email factual and leaving personal reactions unwritten may be the realistic version of distance here.

- i am in the exact same spot and reading this feels like a punch to the gut. i keep thinking maybe tomorrow they will wake up and just get it. its been a year of waiting and i honestly have no idea how to leave.
